Group classes are a great way to build community while you work out your mind and body through Pilates techniques. At SolPop we offer a wide array of group classes from mat with small props to BOSU with weights to equipment circuit.

CONNECT™ to your body and mind with a STOTT PILATES mat based Pilates class using small props. Retrain your body to move efficiently and with ease through Pilates and mind body techniques. This is our foundation class which every other class is based on. Slow and mindful, this class will prepare your body and teach you the appropriate neuromuscular connections to translate into every other class.
PULSE™ to the challenge with this upbeat STOTT PILATES mat based class to keep you motivated and having fun. This class is the same programming as our foundations class, CONNECT™ but to music giving it a faster tempo to similar exercises.
PUMP™ up your heartrate and your body with this interval based training that integrates STOTT PILATES matwork with cardio based intervals to get your heartrate up and stimulate your metabolism.
FLEX™ your strength in this class that incorporates the BOSU, weights and STOTT PILATES in order to build muscle, endurance and challenge your ultimate balanced self.
SPRING™ into new horizons with this equipment based circuit class that uses reformers, chairs, and small equipment to challenge your body and mind.
Bring your tot to this Parent and me class that uses mat work and small props to keep you and your little one engaged! You will both get a workout while spending quality time together through movement.
